Konica Minolta fuser unit (refurbished )

Unfortunately, the unit did not have the same power cable configuration as the 454e. I had to get a technician to remove the bulb/lamp and replace it with the one from my older fuser unit due to the power connectors different configuration. What disappointed me more was when we opened the fuser unit to make the modification, we found that the bearings were not replaced, it still had the old bearings. Lastly my order was split into two deliveries, 1 came in 3 days the other took a week. However having said all this, the staff were courteous and helpful.
