Very very dissapointing. A big No No No!!!

Was given the incorrect cleaner blade. Reported it immediately when recieved. It's been 2 weeks and still sitting with the parts with no response from anyone. No one willing to assist me in a correct replacement or refund. Spent almost R1300 and it feels like I'm not being taken seriously even though I message them every day and being a customer for the passed 3 years spending many thousands of rands.
